1. Information and purposes
VENUS receives enquiries through the email, telephone and Zalo channels published on the Contact page. VENUS uses the enquiry and the contact details voluntarily provided by the customer to give advice and quotations and handle requests and feedback. For an initial enquiry, provide only the service, destination, expected date, number of people and relevant requirements. A home address, identity card, passport, health data or banking information is not needed.
For online ticket bookings, the booking site explains the data and processing purposes before the customer confirms the order. Provide only necessary information; do not send identity documents, payment data or sensitive information in the notes.
When a transaction arises, VENUS separately explains the necessary additional information, its purposes and recipients before requesting it to perform the service or legal obligations. Sending an enquiry does not constitute consent to promotional newsletters.
2. Access and disclosure
Assigned personnel use information only within their responsibilities. Technical infrastructure providers and service partners may access necessary information within their work, subject to appropriate data protection conditions and grounds. Before transferring data to a partner for a transaction, VENUS clarifies the recipient and purpose with the customer. Disclosure to competent authorities follows applicable law. VENUS does not sell customer information lists.
3. Retention and protection
Enquiry information is retained for the time necessary to handle and follow up the request and address feedback. Transaction information is retained according to contractual obligations and applicable statutory periods. When the processing purpose ends, data is deleted or otherwise handled under applicable rules, except information that must be retained by law. VENUS limits access according to work responsibilities and receives reports of misuse.
4. Data rights and requests
Customers may request information about processing, access, correction or deletion; withdraw consent, restrict or object to processing, and exercise other statutory rights. VENUS verifies requests only as necessary, explains the handling and applies the relevant rights and legal grounds. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of earlier processing.

5. VENUS newsletters
Newsletter subscription is voluntary and is not a condition for enquiries or services. The subscription form requests only an email address to send information about VENUS experiences, services and activities. For forms with an email field, customers enter their email and actively check the consent box before subscribing. For subscription by email, registration is recorded only after the customer confirms and sends the email. VENUS does not sell email lists or treat this subscription as consent for all other purposes.
The email address is used while the subscription remains active. To unsubscribe or request access, correction or deletion, email venustravel.intl@gmail.com from the subscribed address with the subject “Unsubscribe VENUS”. Following receipt and verification, VENUS stops using the address for newsletters; information that must be retained by law is handled under applicable rules.
6. Information security incident reporting
If you discover a website impersonating VENUS, an exposed ticket link, a ticket sent to the wrong recipient or suspected misuse of data, contact Mr. Lê Hải Đăng at venustravel.intl@gmail.com or 0888 880 679. Provide only the relevant page address, time, description and order code if available. Do not publicly post ticket delivery links, lookup keys, passwords, OTPs or customer data.
VENUS receives, records and verifies incident reports and coordinates the response, including notifications as required by the circumstances and applicable rules.
