1. Process of Entering into Contracts and Online Booking
When travelers make a booking for a Tour or a Vacation Combo on the website venustravelgroup.com, the transaction process follows these steps:
Step 1: The customer selects the desired travel service, carefully reading the "Price Includes" and "Price Excludes" sections.
Step 2: Fill in accurate contact person details and the number of participants.
Step 3: Select an appropriate payment method (Bank transfer or Cash).
Step 4: The system records the data. A Venus Travel operator will contact the customer via phone/Zalo to check seat availability.
Step 5: The traveler completes the payment, and Venus Travel sends an Electronic Travel Ticket or a Voucher confirming the successful booking via Email/Zalo.
2. Pricing Policy and VAT
All prices displayed on the online tour booking website are calculated in Vietnam Dong (VND).
The prices displayed for each tour program or vacation combo at the time the customer books the service may or may not include VAT (which is clearly specified in the description of each specific service on the website).
3. Refund, Rescheduling Policy, and Force Majeure Handling
In case the customer takes the initiative to cancel the service:
Cancellation 07 days or more prior to the departure date: 100% refund of the total deposited or paid amount.
Cancellation between 03 and 06 days prior: 50% refund of the service fee.
Cancellation within 48 hours prior to the departure time: Non-refundable (As the company has already made deposits for speedboats, purchased island admission tickets, insurance, and prepared meals).
In case of rescheduling (changing the departure date):
Customers must notify Venus Travel at least 03 days before the tour departure time. Venus Travel will support free rescheduling if affiliated restaurants, boats, and accommodation facilities still have availability.
In case of Force Majeure (Natural disasters, storms, floods, sea bans):
Since Nha Trang is characterized by island and marine tourism, in the event that the Nha Trang Port Authority issues a sea ban preventing boats/speedboats from departing due to unsafe weather conditions, Venus Travel will handle it as follows:
Support travelers to reserve their tour or service for free to the next day or reschedule to another suitable time.
In case travelers have a fixed schedule and cannot change the departure date, Venus Travel commits to a 100% refund of the deposit/tour payment collected from you within 03 to 05 working hours.
4. Responsibilities of the Parties
Venus Travel: Responsible for providing quality services according to the agreed schedule. Execute mandatory travel insurance purchases for passengers when participating in island tours.
Customers: Responsible for providing accurate personal information, gathering on time at the designated pickup locations as directed by the tour guide, and complying with life jacket safety regulations when traveling by speedboats on the Nha Trang sea.
