1. Scope of this website
The VENUS website presents our activities and accepts enquiries and quotation requests. Sending a request does not confirm a booking, reserve availability or create a payment obligation. VENUS will confirm availability, the service provider, pricing, taxes, charges and transaction conditions before the customer makes a decision.
2. Enquiry and transaction confirmation
- Send your requirements through the website form, email, telephone or VENUS Zalo.
- VENUS clarifies the request, checks availability and provides a quotation with the applicable conditions.
- The customer reviews the information, requests corrections where needed and agrees to the transaction details.
- Bookings, reservations, payments and delivery follow the confirmation or contract agreed by the parties.
The enquiry form is not a payment step. Customers should obtain appropriate confirmation before treating a request as an accepted transaction.
3. Pricing, taxes and payment
Prices, availability and quotation validity are confirmed for each request. The formal quotation specifies inclusions, exclusions, taxes and any additional charges. Payment follows the transaction confirmation and VENUS instructions. Programmes and content under development do not establish a confirmed selling price.
4. Delivery and partner responsibilities
For goods or services delivered by partners, VENUS clarifies the provider, the responsibilities of VENUS and the partner, timing, location, delivery arrangements, support contact and applicable conditions before confirming the transaction. Featuring a partner does not mean that VENUS owns or directly operates that establishment.
5. Changes, cancellations and refunds
Change, cancellation, return and refund conditions are disclosed before the transaction is concluded, according to the specific goods or services and confirmed agreement. Statutory consumer rights are preserved. A single cancellation or refund percentage does not apply to all products without an approved policy.
Transactions confirmed before this page was updated continue to be governed by the agreement already concluded and applicable law. Updating this website does not itself change existing rights or obligations.
6. Rights and responsibilities
VENUS provides clear information, responds to customer needs, fulfils confirmed obligations and receives customer feedback. Customers may review and request clarification before agreeing, and are responsible for providing necessary accurate information and fulfilling their agreed obligations.

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Newsletter subscription is voluntary and can be cancelled; it is not a condition for enquiries or services.
