Prices in VND per guest, checked against the park’s website on 5 October 2026. The booking system shows your order total before you place it. For special requests or additional services, contact VENUS before booking.
Ticket conditions
- Single-entry tickets are valid on the day of issue. For advance enquiries, VENUS confirms an issuance date aligned with your visit. Keep your ticket.
- Child pricing is height-based under the park’s price list. Children must be accompanied by adults; include their height in your enquiry.
- Tickets cannot be exchanged for cash. Used or expired tickets are non-refundable. Changes, cancellations and refunds follow the park’s rules or applicable law. Arrangements will be announced if force majeure closes the park.
- Wear suitable swimwear. Outside food and drinks may incur a surcharge; alcohol, stimulants and strong-smelling foods are not allowed. Pets are excluded except assistance animals.

How to Book Tickets
- Select your package, visit date and quantities. Enter contact details and children’s heights where applicable.
- Review the total and booking conditions, consent to the processing of your information and place your order. The system records the order and provides payment instructions.
- Pay to VENUS’s BIDV account within 30 minutes, using the exact amount and payment reference shown on your order. Report your transfer so VENUS can verify the funds received.
- After verifying payment, VENUS coordinates issuance with the provider and sends tickets via Zalo/email. You can track your order using your private lookup link.
During service hours (09:00–20:00 Vietnam time, daily), tickets are usually delivered within 3–5 minutes and at most 30 minutes after VENUS confirms receipt of payment. Orders outside service hours are handled as soon as possible. After the 30-minute payment window, contact VENUS before transferring funds so price and availability can be checked again. If VENUS cannot provide the service and you decline an alternative, VENUS refunds the full amount for the service not provided.
